Cancellation Policy

Effective December 9th, 2020, deposits will no longer be moveable/changeable. All appointment bookings will be final. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, you will lose your deposit and need to make a new appointment with a new deposit. This change allows me to effectively service all our clientele in an effective manner. As a reminder, the appointment books are now open on a 10-day basis.
